This questionnaire helps me prepare an intentional, curated approach to your wedding coverage. There are no right or wrong answers — the more honest and specific you are, the better I can tailor the day to what actually matters to you. Some sections have suggestions to make it easier, but feel free to ignore them and write freely. The sensitive scenarios section is strictly confidential and stays within my photography team. Plan around 15–20 minutes to complete this. Once I receive it, I’ll review everything carefully before your wedding day.
